You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested marketing information from us or purchased goods from us or are a member of the press and, in each case, you have not opted out of receiving that marketing.

HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
All personal information we have about you is stored on our secure servers. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to our employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions in accordance with this policy and applicable Data Protection legislation and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Where you are provided with a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

The right to be informed
This is the right to transparency. It is the responsibility of Pro Hunter to communicate what data we are collecting, storing and processing and how we intend to use it.
The right to access
Pro Hunter will always inform the client that their data is being processed as per the above and at all times are able to gain access to their data.
The right to rectification
Please inform us if any of your personal data held is inaccurate or incomplete. We will be sure to rectify, without undue delay, so that the personal data we hold in relation to you is always accurate.
The right to erasure
This right is also known as the ‘right to be forgotten’. As part of GDPR, an individual has the right to request deletion of any and all information held in relation to them. Pro Hunter will immediately adhere to this request, without undue delay.
The right to restrict processing
This right requires Pro Hunter to halt the processing of your personal data. If you believe that previous personal data given is incorrect, please be sure to get in touch and we will rectify this immediately. While you have restricted processing, we will only store your personal data in question and will only process it with your consent (or for legal purposes).
The right to data portability
This right allows individuals to obtain and reuse their personal data. Should a client invoke this right, Pro Hunter will provide the details they have on file in a common readable form.
The right to object
This right allows individuals to object to use their data for direct marketing. Here at Pro Hunter, we will not use your information for any form of third party marketing if you have opted out in doing so.
DATA SECURITY AND PROTECTION
We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure data storage technologies and precise procedures in how we store, access and manage that information. Our methods meet the GDPR compliance requirement.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online and you will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
EMAIL MARKETING AND SUBSCRIPTION
Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third-party service provider of software/applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).
